It is essential that you are fully informed about how the hospital collects and processes your personal data.
Patient record
The processing of personal data is part of the healthcare services we provide. This is done, among other things, through a carefully maintained electronic patient record in which your medical information is securely stored. We guarantee the highest level of protection for your personal data.
Privacy regulations for patients
In accordance with privacy laws, we have established a policy that describes your rights and obligations regarding the processing of your personal data. This policy includes, among other things:
- Identification information: name, address, national identification number, etc.
- Financial, administrative, and social information: such as health insurance enrollment, temporary guardianship, etc.
- Medical, paramedical, and nursing data.

This website
The website itself processes very little data. The information it does process is listed here.
The contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, and message will be sent via email to the secretariat of the campus you select. The email is sent via Resend (United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We will retain your message for as long as necessary to answer your question. Please do not include any medical information in the form.
Visitor statistics. We track visits using Umami, a program that runs on our own server. It does not set cookies or store any personally identifiable information; your IP address is not stored.
Hosting. The website and its database are hosted by Railway in a data center located in the European Union. Cloudflare protects the website against attacks and, to that end, monitors the traffic passing through it.
Translations. The French and English texts on this website have been automatically translated by DeepL and have not been reviewed by a translator. DeepL receives only our texts; it never receives visitor data.
Maps and videos. This website does not load maps or videos from other services and does not set cookies. The buttons for Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze, as well as the button to open a video, open that service in a new tab; only then do the terms and conditions of that service apply. We retrieve the thumbnail image for a video from our own server, so YouTube does not track your visit.
